Biodwise began as a student-led vision to bridge the gap between frontline healthcare challenges and practical, tech-driven solutions. Born in the halls of biomedical engineering and shaped by real hospital experiences, we set out to solve the problems often overlooked in busy clinical settings.
With empathy at our core and innovation as our tool, we developed BioSIM — a smart, contactless IV monitoring system aimed at easing caregiver burden and improving patient safety.

Manual IV monitoring is time-consuming and can delay detection of low fluid levels, risking patient safety. Tracking multiple patients simultaneously is challenging, often leading to missed alerts and slower responses. Backflow and IV interruptions can go unnoticed, increasing complications and patient anxiety. BioSIM provides continuous, contactless monitoring to enhance care efficiency and peace of mind.
